Knucklehorn is a five-piece rock and jam band out of Castle Rock, Colorado, together since 2018. We play venues, breweries and taprooms, weddings, private parties, festivals, community events and mountain resorts — and the vast majority of our shows run three hours or more. That is the format we are built for, not something we stretch to cover.

What you get
- Five on stage, two crew. Guitar, guitar, bass, drums, percussion — four of us sing.
- Three-hour nights as standard, in two or three sets, however you want them broken up. Shorter festival sets of 45 to 60 minutes are no problem.
- Our own PA and lights if you need them, or we will happily use your system if the room is already set up.
- Originals and covers. We have a deep catalogue and can lean whichever way the room wants — including a full Grateful Dead set if that is the night you are after.
- Rock, funk, blues, bluegrass and a little reggae. Influences run from the Dead and Phish to Johnny Cash, Talking Heads and James Brown.
The practical bits
- Travel. Anywhere within about 60 miles of Castle Rock without lodging. Further afield is fine too — mountain towns included — if lodging is part of the deal.
- Load-in. Give us about an hour before doors. We are quiet, we are tidy, and we do not need much room.
- Volume. We can play a patio at conversation level or fill a room. Tell us which you need.
- Private events. Weddings and parties are welcome — we will learn a first-dance song if you ask.
- Invoicing. We are a Colorado LLC and can invoice properly, with a W-9 if your venue needs one on file.

We have shared stages with Dogs in a Pile, Spunj and Bill McKay, and played a festival slot at CCC Mountain Fest in Coal Creek Canyon.
